When an order is placed an order automatic reply is sent to you. Within one day we will inform you of the availability of the items and the total amount of your order (including shipping fee).
We can accept credit card or PAYPAL.
Please make sure that your email address is written correctly. Some email providers have strong anti-spam measures, so also check your junkmail folder. If mails are not in there your email provider maybe blocking from us. In that case please contact us by dilect email.
When you have other items that you would like to add, if you have an account you can add items in your cart that you have already placed an order.

・Payment due date: Within 1 week from order
If payment is not confirmed after the deadline, the order will be cancelled.
（If you have the possibility to place additional orders, please let us know.
We will keep the items for up to one month after the initial order）

When you have many unpaid or canceled orders, we will not be able to accept your future orders.

・The shipping cost of items sent in the flyer (plastic mailing bag) is determined only by weight.
For example, Boxed figures will be sent in a box. Therefore, even if it is light, the shipping fee is determined by the size of the box.
Figures without box will be sent in a flyer.
Therefore, the shipping fee can be determined only by the weight.
※Shipping costs fluctuate little each month and we charge you for the actual shipping costs.

A:We have no native English speaking staff but is you keep your requests in simple English we will do our best to help you out!

Q:How many days after ordering will the item arrive at my house?
A:We will ship as soon as you confirm your payment. It can be delivered to almost countries 2-4 days after shipping. We will ship using DHL.
Q:Are all items are used?
A:We purchase products directly from collectors or fighters. So Almost items are second-hand.
Q:Can I cancel my order?
A:We usually do not accept order cancellation requests. Please only place an order for items you really want to buy. If you have any questions about an item Please contact us.

Webuy most of our products from the customers, so unfortunately we cannot say when it will be back in stock. We have a Request syastem thatmay be useful.
