As many Japanese / domestic buyers purchase items, using the shopping cart, some foreign customers have tended to lose out on certain items, due to the unavoidable delays involved, when corresponding with us by e-mail.

We have introduced a new service for international customers, so that you too may use our shopping cart.

Please note: We have a real store in Tokyo, in addition to being a Mail Order outlet, therefore it is possible that certain items may have sold-out, before we have had time to update our Website. Although unfortunate, it is occasionally inevitable and we hope that you understand.

Whilst we have no fluent English speaking staff in our store, we always try our best to help our international friends! If you send an e-mail, please use simple English expressions and keep your questions as straight-forward as possible. This will help our staff to provide a speedy and accurate response.

To do this, send an e-mail (headed “Create Account”). Please provide the following:-
● Your name
● Your zip/postcode
● Your full postal address
● Your telephone number
● Create your user ID ? this should consist of minimum 8 & maximum 20 characters, and must begin with letters (e.g miketyson123)

1. If you disvover an item which you want,Please look at the detailed page.


2. Please Push a yellow button "(Add to Shopping Cart)"  in the right side.


3. The contents of shopping BASKET are displayed.


4. When you continue shopping, Please push the "(Continu) button ", and look for other items.


5. When you finish shopping, please push the "accounts (accounting)" button in the bottom.


6. You can watch the contents of the shopping bag anytime if you push the blue letter of a "shopping (BASKET)" under a search window on the left.


7. It go to a purchase screen when you push "accounts (accounting)" from the screen of the shopping basket.


8. It already input into information (Name,Address,TEL,E-Mail),if you could login.
Please classify  checks into two places of "OverSea" of means of payment (PAY) and delivery method (Delivary).


9. It go the confirmation screen when you push the bottom "confirmation (Check)" button of the page.


10. Please confirm contents.
If all are Ok,Please push the bottom "order (Oder)" button of the page.
We will inform  shipping cost later.


11. If this screen is displayed, your order is completion.
An automatic reply email arrives immediately, please confirm it.


12. Within 48 hours We confirm  your order items stock and send email about  payment method and choice of shipping cost. (Now we recommend paypal to payment and EMS or SAL to shipping method.)


*IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: this store can accept payments made via Paypal (or via Bank transfer). If you are ordering from outside Japan, there is a minimum spending requirement of 10,000JPY.

 
If you are viewing our Site, using generic translation packages or Google’s translation tool, our cart system may not work for you at first. Do not worry! Under these circumstances, simply follow these steps:-

1) Select the item that would like to buy and click on the photo / image, or the ‘Details’ button. This will reveal more information about the product.

2) At the top right-hand side, you will see “No” (number) with a code next to it. This is the product description followed by a 5-digit reference (e.g book05051). Make a note of the code number and navigate round the Site, to the next item that you would like to purchase.

3) Repeat these steps, i.e make a note of the product code for each item you want. When you have selected and noted the codes for all the items that you want to purchase, close your web browser and open a new one, using this url:-

4) OK. You will now have our Site (Toudoukan.com) displayed in Japanese language.

5) Copy and paste the product code # (you have already recorded), into the box (top, left) of our Homepage and press the ‘search’ button, immediately to the right of it.

6) This should now display your item. Click the ‘Details’ button again and simply add the item to your cart, by hitting the yellow ‘Add to Shopping Cart’ symbol.

7) To add more products, simply click on the ‘continue’ button and repeat steps (5) & (6). N.B. You will notice ‘BASKET’ (shown in blue print) towards the top left-hand of the screen. The basket contains details of the items you have selected to purchase.
